I really love these shoes and this brand. My feet never hurt, I’m a nurse and I stand for long periods of time in the operating room. They’re hard on the outside so my toes are protected from heavy equipment. I’ve run my feet over and knocked into various machines, beds, doors, etc and I don’t even notice. They’re easy to wipe clean, and they slide on and off easily so I dont have to touch them too much when getting dressed. My only issue is the sizing, the whole and half size thing is annoying and makes a BIG difference. If you want a secure snug fit that doesn’t get all stretched out, size DOWN. That way you get longterm use out of the shoes. I love these shoes so much I wasted money and re bought them in a size down! I attached a pic for reference. I am a true size 7 Womens, average width, normal arch. The 37 fit well at first, felt very snug, BUT after a week, the leather stretched and the insoles molded to my feet and they became way too big. I had to wear two pairs of socks just so my feet didn’t slide around in them. The size 36 is a perfect fit! Took three 8 hour shifts to break them in and now they are perfectly snug (not tight) and my feet feel secure and comfy. My go to for reliable fit and support. This Algeria clog is ideal for house slippers or shoes if you have foot problems and because of that cannot go barefoot even in the house. I put Powerstep Pro inserts into them because I need really firm support, but the insoles that come with the clogs are great. I have tried wearing Crocs and Oofos, but I can't do squishy support. Algeria clog soles are firm, but comfortable and I don't feel like I am falling off the sides or sliding around. The back lip on the clog is key in preventing my foot from moving around. AWESOME!I work 12.5 hour shifts. Alegria only shoes I will now wear.Like the look and the comfortI'm giving these a 5 even though they felt maybe a half size too small (my mistake, not theirs!) I ended up returning them and would have ordered another pair in a larger size had one been available. I'm on my feet 8 to 11 hours a day, 5 days a week. I'm an orthopedic tech for an incredibly busy practice. I've been doing this a long time and I need something more supportive than just tennis shoes. I've been avoiding paying $100 or more for shoes, but comfort has become something I can no longer ignore. These shoes felt wonderful. Like beds for my feet. I so badly wanted them to fit. Speaking of fit, here's what I can tell you: I read a lot of reviews because I wanted the best chance to get sizing correct the first time. I'm a size 9. Some 9s are too snug on my toes and I've been known to wear a 10. I ordered the 39 (equivalent to size 9) because I was afraid 40 would be too big and didn't want my foot sliding around causing blisters. I recently purchased a cheap, knock-off version of professional clogs. They were slightly too big and not well made. Feet slid around causing aforementioned blisters. Anyhoo, they didn't have any color options I liked in a size 40 or I would have ordered them ASAP. So if, for example, you're a size 9, but some 9.5 and even some 10s feel OK, I would order one size up, a size 40. I think for the most part, if you wear a size 9 you would order 39; but if you can comfortably wear a size 10 order a 40, etc. If you wear a 9.5, I would order the 40 and not the 39. There is a sizing chart on here when you click on them...use it! They recommended at 40. I rolled shoe dice and went small.I just started working as a nurse and these shoes are AMAZING! I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. They are not just cute, but super comfortable. My left foot is a lot bigger than my right and most of these style of shoes don’t feet me properly because of that reason. I love them for being on my feet for hours!I wanted to love them. I have several pairs of Alegria and generally like them. Mostly I wear Palomas. I find the Paloma sole to be a little hard and had hoped these would have the extra cushion, and I guess they do have more but they are not the most comfortable shoe ever. They are better than many but to me they are just ok. They are breaking in and are a getting a little looser which is good. I think what I actually need is a higher toe box. I find that these rub the tops of my little toes. They are wide enough otherwise. I like the shiny black. I am glad I got a bit of a deal but for the price, I expected more. I almost sent them back. The hunt continues for the most perfect comfort shoe that is still cute and comfortable after a long day on my feet.Alegria shoes have great support and are super comfortable.I love these shoes they are comfy from the first time you put them on. I am a theatre nurse and spend a lot of time on my feet and these are only my second pair in quite a few years and the colour is lovelyComfortable and wide
