To avoid infection, I used a toothpick tool to clean the entire area where my permanent filling was located.I mixed half water and half peroxide solution in my water floss to make sure the area was cleaner.I then used a small amount and followed the instructions to mix a small ball and press it into place.In addition, after I pressed, I quickly tilted my head down to the other side to counteract my overactive salivary glands while spitting out excess saliva to increase the chances of temperature. The fill setting is better. It's been 4 days so far , and everything is going well.
